Ethiopian recipes are easy to find on the internet, and there are Ethiopian restaurants in Milwaukee and the Twin Cities. As for the language, there is a webboard where others who are adopting through Christian World Adoption agency gather and discuss whats going on in their adoption, and a parent there offered a DVD on learning Amharic to anyone who wanted it since she was done with it.
